Getting Started:

Note: We are NO longer using the Soplayer app. Our New and improved is called GenPlay (Comes with 5 devices)

Note: Your Username & Password is No Longer your Phone Number. To get your NEW Username & Password keep reading…

PLEASE READ and  follow the instructions below to login to your online account and download the new GenPlay app.

Step 1 –  Log in to your online account. To do so, please CLICK HERE: cart.wyashop.com

Step 2 –  Setup your password so you can login to your online account. To do so , under the “First Time Login” column click on “Forgot Password” (see diagram below)

 

 

Step 3 –  Enter your EMAIL associated with  your Wya TV subscription. The CLICK “Send Email” ”

Step 4 –  Check your EMAIL. A Reset Password link has been sent to your EMAIL. It may take a few minute for the email reach your inbox. If the EMAIL does NOT show up in your inbox please check your SPAM  folder or SEARCH your email account for wyashop.

 

 

Step 5–  CLICK the Reset Password links. Then create a password. Please be sure to write it down or choose a password that you’ll easily remember. Note: this password is ONLY for logging into your online account. It is not the password to be used on the GenPlay app. Once logged in to your online account you will be able to access your app login credentials.

Step 6 – Click Reset Password and you will be redirect to the login page where your can enter you email and password you just created. Then CLICK “First Time Login”

Step 7 – Once logged in you’ll be taken to the Account Information page. Please verify the mobile number is correct. If it is not correct please enter in your correct MOBILE phone number. Then CLICK “Update Mobile”

 

Before download the GenPlay app to your firestick or Android device, let’s spend some time exploring your online account. There are 6 NAVIGATION MENUS 3 of which have dropdown menus.

Next, let take a look at the once you will need to complete your setup:

First, access the SERVICE MENU, then CLICK on the dropdown menu INFORMATION. Here your will find your GenPlay app credentials. It is this Username, Password and Service ID you will use to log into the GnePlay app once you have it downloaded to your device. You will also find your Block Channel Pin Code.

When it’s time to pay for or RENEW your subscription, simply CLICK on the STORE MENU and Add your subscription length to the Cart.

 

 

Note: You must VERIFY your mobile number before placing an order.

 

 

Step 8 – Download the GenPlay app to your Firestick or Android device.

From the Amazon Firetv home screen, click on search icon in the upper left corner of the screen and search for and install “downloader”

 

Step 9 –  Type https://bit.ly/apphost  in the box on the screen, then click GO. It will then start to download. After the download is complete CLICK INSTALL.
